Quality is the lifeline of a business. We have in place a scientific management system of quality assurance and control. In addition, we have in house a highly qualified and veteran team of QC engineers. Below is the general work process of quality assurance and quality control.
1. Initial Production Inspection (IPI)
Inspection will be carried out at the beginning of the production. It aims to ensure quality inputs, and that the production will have a good start and supplier's given estimated time of delivery(ETD) can be met.
We hold supplier's BOM(Bill of Materials) and check all their materials are in good quality and in enough quantity for production. If a third-party testing is required(for example, the FOOD CONTACT test compulsory to all food related wares exporting to France), we work with world famous testing laboratories like TUV, SGS and CMA. In case defectives are detected, we report to you and take immediate corrective measures after consultation with you.
2. Online Production Inspection (OPI)
As soon as the first products come off the production lines, we shall send designated inspection staff to factory floor checking for any defects or deviations from pre-defined quality parameters. If problems are identified, we shall provide advice on corrective measures to get production back on track.
Online production inspection shall be completed periodically at pre-set periods. If a project is of high complexity or of significantly substantial quantity, we shall send full time staff to station at factory and submit daily reports.
A standard list of control points is recommended at the following production stages:
When less than 5% of the mass production is finished
When 10-15% of the mass production is finished
When 40-50% of the mass production is finished
When 75% of the mass production is finished
When 90-100% of the mass production is finished
3. Final Packing Inspection (FPI)
Final product packaging is an important part of any production process. We oversee the packaging process to ensure all products are safely packed as per your requirements. Specific packaging integrity tests such drop tests, compression tests, vibration testing etc. can be arranged with a third-party testing lab on request.
4. Preshipment Inspection (PSI)
Preshipment inspection will be carried out when at least 80% of your order is finished and well packed. We randomly draw samples from the lot according to AQL(Acceptable Quality Level) or your requested standards. Generally, the major items to check or test are cosmetics, functions and packaging.
5. Container Loading Check (CLC)
We check quantities of the goods and conditions of the carrier container, and monitor the whole loading process(from warehouse to container). We take pictures and videos on the site to show you all key milestones during the loading process. We seal the lock in person after loading is completed so as to ensure you get enough quantities of goods in good conditions.
